Ingrédients :
– 1 kg maxi d’abricots
– 200 g de pâte brisée ou feuilletée
– 2 œufs
– 20 cl de crème fraîche liquide
– 150 g de sucre en poudre
– 1/2 fève Tonka râpée
– 5 cuillères à soupe rases de poudre d’amandes
Préparation de la recette :
Préchauffer le four à 210°C (th 7). Beurrer un moule à tarte de 22 cm de diamètre.
Étaler la pâte, en garnir le moule, et y disposer les abricots (préalablement lavés) coupés en deux. Enfourner 10 min.
