Oubliée l’acidité de la rhubarbe que je déteste grâce à ce gâteau ultra moelleux ! J’adore le fondant de la rhubarbe et de son sirop qui imbibe merveilleusement cette gourmandise.

Ingrédients :
400 g de rhubarbe
100 g de sucre
4 oeufs
150 g de farine
1 sachet de levure chimique
5 cl de lait
80 g de beurre fondu
